In today’s economy, it’s likely you’ve heard that building wealth means having multiple streams of income. It’s better to diversify your income streams and not have to rely on one single source of income.
Some people are in disbelief when it comes to building REAL wealth.
They don’t understand the process or the methodology because there is so much free information on the internet, the first thing that comes to mind is “why should I listen to this person and /or where else can I find this?”
In fact, the reality is you don’t need to have a degree to start making real money.
The market doesn’t care whether you’re smart enough or work hard enough. They don’t care about the grey area in between. Only that you provide them value by serving them.
And the easiest way to serve them is by giving them a nice place to live.
But how do you go about doing this when you’ve known all along that real estate creates thousands of millionaires annually?
When you follow my exact blueprint for how I am able to generate long-term wealth, you will understand how I’m able duplicate my investments year after year for the last 25 years.
Before I do that, I want to introduce myself to you. My name is Jerome Maldonado and I’ve been building my real estate empire since I was in my mid 20s.
I have 20+ million in property assets and the purpose of this exercise is to see how committed you are to actually delving deep into the psychology of how to build passive wealth and what you can do now to change you and your family’s life.
However, I don’t give my blueprint out for free and once you learn this, you shouldn’t either.
If someone pays a doctor to fix their inflammation problems and they give you a simple solution like “take these anti-inflammation pills, when you could have found that information online… You’re not paying that doctor for that answer.
You’re paying them for the years of medical education and experience they had to acquire in order for them to give you a credible solution to your inflammation problem.
Once you understand that logic, you’ll understand why you’re investing in my real estate investing knowledge.
You see, real estate investing is the fastest way to building long-term wealth because it solves a basic human problem. It provides shelter.
If you’ve ever studied psychology and know Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, shelter (along with air, food, water) is among the basic necessities within the first level of physiological needs.
Whether you decide to purchase real estate to flip, rent, or wholesale depends on how you analyze the property, but I’ll get into the specifics of what to look at in my course.
